Die meisten Cafés und Bars für Schwule und Lesben befinden sich zwischen Oststraße und Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt da noch einige Orte mehr, ihr werdet sie finden.

Most LGBT cafés and bars are between Oststraße and Hauptbahnhof. We don't mention all of them but you'll find them anyway.

Populäre wie tradionelle Cruising-Bar in recht dunkler Atmosphäre. Zum Abschluss des Abends praktisch in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs gelegen.

Köln / Cologne

Die guten Nachbarn aus Köln haben eine große unterhaltsame Szene. Ein guter Startpunkt für einen längeren Szenebummel sind die Bars auf der Schaafenstraße (Haltestelle Rudolfplatz, ). Terminlistings mit Guide bietet die Rik. Die Domstadt kann vom Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhof in ca. 30 Minuten erreicht werden. Tickets für die kurze Strecke lassen sich nicht im Zug lösen. Der Regionalexpress ist die günstigste Variante, wer eine Bahncard 50 besitzt, kommt mit dem IC am günstigsten und schnellsten nach Köln. Achtung: Die nächtliche S-Bahn braucht bis zu einer einschläfernden Stunde für den Rückweg, also auf die Alternativen IC/ICE achten. Gegenüber dem Dom gibt es ein Tourismus-Büro.

Neighbouring Cologne has a big and entertaining gay szene. A good starting point for a night-out will be the bars on Schaafenstraße, close to Rudolfplatz (), which can be reached by U-Bahn. For local listings with guide, check Rik magazine. The city with its famous cathedral can be reached from Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof (central station) within 30 minutes. You will need an extra ticket, which you cannot buy on the train, and different tickets depending which train you use. In general, the Regionalexpress (RE) will be the cheapest. Be aware that the nightly return via S-Bahn might take up to an hour, so check the alternatives IC oder ICE. There is a tourism office directly opposite the cathedral which also lies directly at Cologne Hauptbahnhof.
